Terms and Conditions for Clients
- Client Obligations

- Clients agree to pay our fees as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
- Clients must notify us immediately upon hiring a candidate referred by our agency.
- Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of all candidate information provided by our agency.
- Fees and Payment
- Our fees are based on the agreed-upon terms in the service agreement or as specified on our website.
- Payment is due within 30-60 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
- Liability
- We strive to provide accurate and reliable information; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any candidate information.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Terms and Conditions for Candidates
- Candidate Obligations
- Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information in their resumes and during the interview process.
- Candidates agree to notify us immediately upon accepting a job offer facilitated by our agency.
- Candidates must keep their contact and professional information up to date with our agency.
- Candidates agree to attend interviews and meetings punctually and professionally.
- Candidates authorize us to share their information with potential employers for the purpose of job placement.
- Professional Conduct
- Candidates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously during all interactions with our agency and potential employers.
- Candidates should attend scheduled interviews, provide notice if unable to attend, and adhere to any agreed-upon terms with potential employers.
- Job Offers
- Candidates agree to inform us immediately if they accept a job offer from a client introduced by our agency.
- Candidates agree not to bypass our agency and directly negotiate employment with a client introduced by our agency without our consent.
General Terms and Conditions
- Confidentiality
- We will treat all client and candidate information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Clients and candidates agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through our services to third parties without prior written consent.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
- Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (INDIA) Jurisdiction.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (INDIA) Jurisdiction.
- Amendments
